The Campfire has impacted our community and our members and TCSIG is here to help provide services to our members and our community.
If you are in need of medical attention the TCSIG Wellness Center is available to you and your dependents free of charge. The Wellness Center is located at 1174 Live Oak Blvd, Yuba City, CA and their phone number is (530) 822-5500. Examples of the Wellness Center resources: Nurse Practitioners and medical assistants are available for:
- Examinations / Triage
- Prescription Renewals
- Monitoring Chronic Conditions
- Specialist Referral Services
- Medical Supplies
- Immunizations
- Video Chat Services
If you find that you may be needing EAP services (counselors, psychologists, attorneys and other helping professionals), your employee assistance program is available for personal, family, financial or legal problems. Human Behavior Associates can assist in connecting you with the appropriate resources.
1-800-937-7770Employee and family members are entitled 3 free counseling sessions If you are in need of a new medical card, we can send you a temporary ID card which can be emailed, mailed (to a forwarding address if needed), or available for pick up at our office which is also located on Live Oak Blvd in Yuba City. TCSIG is reminded of the importance of being prepared during disasters. One way you can help us is to enter your current cell phone number and email address on your enrollment form. If you need to make updates to your information, please email Becca McIntosh at becca@tcsig.com . This will enable TCSIG to disperse information to you efficiently.
