TCSIG Wellness Center now offers the new RSV Vaccine Arexvy for patients 60 years and older.

  • Don't forget to complete your Annual Biometric Screening to get a $50 gift card. You can schedule an appointment at a district site, the Wellness Center, or a Quest Lab. For more information and to sign up please click here.
  • TCSIG Wellness Center will reach out to district contacts to schedule on-site flu clinics for each district site. We encourage district contacts to contact Jenna Froom at (530) 822-5500 or Jenna@AcornHealthGroup.com to schedule a date for September or October.
  • TCSIG Wellness Center is offering school and sports physical, as well as immunization updates to all TCSIG members. We encourage patients to call the clinic and schedule an appointment for their child
