TCSIG is here to care for you. On call providers are available to provide you with the best care possible. TCSIG has several telemedicine options for you to discover. Quality care right from your smartphone or computer.

Wellness Center Televisit

To our TCSIG community, we are excited to introduce you to our new TCSIG Wellness Center telemedicine capability, provided by our electronic health records system, ECW! Our telemedicine application will allow you to have a virtual face-to-face visit with your provider. Using this application is user friendly and does not require you to download any apps or software to your personal devices. Please see the following information and reach out to our clinical support staff with any additional questions you may have.

To ensure you are ready to use our Telemedicine services you should be familiar with the following:

  1. You will need to ensure our office staff is provided with an updated cellphone number and email address for Telemedicine notifications
    • You will receive a notification for your appointment by text message and email the day you schedule
    • You will receive another notification the day of your appointment by text message and email 20 minutes before your appointment
  2. You will be able to participate in your virtual appointment by using your internet browser on a desktop or laptop computer, or by using your smartphone or tablet
    • Ensure the device of your choice has an accessible camera
  3. To access the appointment “click” on the link provided to you by email or text message, follow the prompts and select the orange button “Start TeleVisit”
  4. You will be moved to the virtual waiting room and the provider should be with you shortly

LiveHealth Online isn’t meant to replace your primary care doctor. It’s a convenient option for care when your doctor isn’t available. LiveHealth Online connects you with a doctor in minutes. Plus, you can get a LiveHealth Online visit summary from the MyHealth tab at livehealthonline.com to print, email or fax to your primary care doctor.

Doctors are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

When you need to see a doctor, simply go to livehealthonline.com or use the LiveHealth Online mobile app. Pick the state you’re in and answer a few questions.
Setting up an account allows you to securely store your personal and health information. Plus, you can easily connect with doctors in the future, share your health history and set up online visits at times that f t your schedule.

Your Anthem plan includes benefits for video visits using LiveHealth Online, so you’ll just pay your share of the costs — usually $59 (effective 1/1/2020) or less for a doctor visit.

It depends on whether or not you set up an account. With a LiveHealth Online account, you can allow doctors to access and review your health information from past visits. Also, to help keep track of your own health information, you can record it at livehealthonline.com. Once you sign in, go to the MyHealth tab and then select Health Record.

A typical LiveHealth Online visit with a doctor lasts about 10 minutes.

Yes, just select the state you’re in under My Location on livehealthonline.com or with the app, and you’ll only see doctors licensed to treat you in that state. Don’t forget to change the state back when you get home.

Now you can see a board-certified psychiatrist to help you manage medications.1 Whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go. Just download the free LiveHealth Online app to your mobile device or visit livehealthonline.com on a computer with a webcam.

You can have a video visit with a psychiatrist usually in two weeks.2 Appointments, which are also available on evenings and weekends, can be scheduled online or over the phone at 1-888-548-3432 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Psychiatrists on LiveHealth Online can help you manage some of your medications. Keep in mind, though, they can't prescribe medications that are controlled substances.
For counseling sessions, contact a psychologist or therapist on LiveHealth Online Psychology. Remember, if you’re in crisis or having suicidal thoughts, get help right away or call 911.

  • Mobile app: Download the free LiveHealth Online mobile app from the App Store® or on Google Play™ and then sign up or log in. Once you’ve logged in, choose LiveHealth Online Psychiatry. Next, select from available doctors after checking out their qualifications and arrange a visit.
  • Phone: You can also call 1-888-548-3432 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

In most cases, you can make an appointment to see a psychiatrist in two weeks.2 This may be sooner than waiting for an office visit. LiveHealth Online will send you an email confirming your appointment.
